Q: Do you have parking?
A: Car Park available on request.
Most of the time free parking is available on the left hand side of St. Chads Road. In busy periods car parking is available within a stones throw of The Kenley.
Q: How far are you from the Train Station?
A: The main station for Blackpool is Blackpool North which you could walk from but it would take you around 25 minutes or a taxi would cost around £7. Blackpool South is closer and only a 10 minute walk to the Kenley.
Q: Do you take stag or hen parties?
A: No we do not take stag or hen parties.
We do take small groups and would welcome family groups.
Q: How far are you from Blackpool Football Ground?
A: We are only a 2 minute walk from Bloomfield Road, Blackpool Football Club.
Q: How far are you from the beach?
A: We are just over 100 metres from the beach about 2 mins walk.
Q: Do you have disabled access?
A: Yes, we have an easy access room on the ground floor.
You can also hire wheelchairs and/or mobility scooters in Blackpool and we have hire details.
Q: What room types do you have?
A: We have single , double , twin , Family & Luxury king & Superking rooms.
Q:What are Luxury rooms?
A: The king and superking rooms are much larger & have the added touch of luxury with sofa, double shower room, bath robes, 50″ TV, remote lighting, fast boil tea-maker plus many other extras.
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: No . The prices quoted to you will be the total cost you will pay. We dont have any hidden charges before, during or after your holiday.
Q: Are the rooms en suite?
A: All our rooms have en -suite facilities
Q: Do you have baths?
A: No. all our en-suites have showers.
Q: Do we get a Key?
A: Yes. We give you a key at check-in. Extra keys can be given on request.
Q: Do you offer breakfast?
A: Breakfast is now optional. Charged at £10.00 per person, pay on arrival. To book breakfast please call Josie on 07720 841520.
Q: Do you have smoking rooms?
A: No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. There is a seated area outside the front where smoking is permitted.
Q: Do you take pets?
A: Sorry, No.
Q: Do you have a bar?
A: No.
However, we do have a comfortable lounge for guests to relax in.
Q: Is there WiFi?
A: Yes there is a free WiFi facility throughout the Guest House.
Q: Do you cater for vegetarian and other dietary requirements?
A: Yes we will meet any dietary requirements. Please state at time of booking.
Q: Do we have to be in by a certain time?
A: No. As well as a key for your room you get a key for the front door to come and go as you please. All we ask is that if you come in late you respect that others may already be asleep.

A: You can check our diary online via our website using the book online facility, send us an email or call us by phone.

Q: Do you accept payments by card?
A: Yes we accept most debit/credit cards for payment.
Q: Can we book online?
A: Yes you can book online using the ‘Book Online’ button at the top of the page.
Q: Do we need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, deposit of £40 per room is payable at time of booking by debit/credit card.
Alternatively you can pay in full online. Just use the ‘Book Online’ button.
Q: Is deposit refundable?
A: No deposit is non-refundable.
Q: How do we pay the balance of our booking?
A: Balance is payable when your here by Card or Cash. Unless you pay in full online.
Q: Is it easy to get a taxi from your guest house?
A: Yes we will call you a cab free of charge, just ask.
Q: How far are you from Blackpool Tower & Winter Gardens?
A: We are a 15 minute walk to the Blackpool Winter Gardens or a short taxi ride away around £5 -6.
Q: What arrival times do you allow?
A: We have strict arrival times. Between 2pm and 6pm ONLY. Arrival after 7pm by special arrangement only. If you are stuck in traffic, make sure you have called to let us know your situation by no later than 6pm.
