Welcome to The Kenley — Where comfort meets character in the heart of Blackpool. Step inside, breathe out, and settle into a place shaped by warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality. Your stay begins not with a room, but with a feeling you’ll want to return to.
The Kenley began as a simple idea: create a place that feels personal, cared-for, and quietly unforgettable. Over the years, that idea became a family-run haven built on warmth, attention to detail, and the belief that every guest deserves a stay that lingers long after checkout. This is our story — shaped by tradition, refined with heart, and shared with everyone who walks through our door.
Our vision is to offer a stay that feels effortless, genuine, and memorable. We’re building a place where comfort is instinctive, hospitality is personal, and every guest leaves feeling they’ve discovered a little gem in Blackpool worth returning to again and again.

Josie is so nice to deal with and keeps the place in top condition. The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The location is excellent and I can't recommend The Kenley enough. I will stay here in the future for sure.Posted on Jen MorrowTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stayed here for one night after attending a football match. What an absolute little gem of a place! The host is super nice, even accommodated an early check-in for us so we could put our things in the room before the match. The room was lovely, so comfy, clean, and nicely decorated. We chose to have breakfast the following day, and I'm so glad we did. It was the best breakfast I've had in a while. I had a veggie breakfast, and my hubby had the full English. The Kenley is just a really lovely place, we lost at the football, but won in choosing the perfect accommodation! Great value for money as well.Posted on Philip HoranTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just one night, nice hotel, friendly and accommodating owner. Nice single room, living room and lovely dining area and breakfast too. Because of the very hot and humid weather, my single bedroom was hot in the day but needn't have worried as I slept well once temperature had dropped in the evening and with the window open. I'd fully recommend this hotel and were accommodating and bike friendly after I'd done a charity bike ride to Blackpool yesterday. Nice experience and I'd use again in the future. Lovely owner and hotel.Posted on Michael CockayneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 2nd visit to see the wonderful josie within a year...she was just as lovely as the 1st time.. I stayed with my girlfriend Carol in room 3 ground floor..the room was spotless clean, as was the entire property. Breakfast was hot and freshly prepared with great care..she clearly has a passion for her business and I personally wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool..a very well deserved 5 star score...I'd score 6 out of 5 if I could... I'll be back..xxVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
